Shipping policy

Jarrod Bracey Consulting is a 100% digital products business. No physical goods are ever shipped, anywhere.

Every product on jarrodbracey.com is delivered as a digital file — typically a spreadsheet, PDF, or bundled kit of both. You receive:

• An email within 5 minutes of checkout, with download links.

• A download page inside your account on jarrodbracey.com, where files are always re-downloadable.

There are no shipping fees, no shipping delays, no shipping zones, and no shipping addresses collected at checkout.

If the delivery email doesn't arrive within 20 minutes (check spam first), email jarrod@jaytheomedia.com with your order number and we'll resend the files manually.

Consulting services are not "shipped" either — engagement terms and schedule are written into the individual service agreement.
