Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing from Jarrod Bracey. This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold at jarrodbracey.com (the "Store"), operated by Jay Theo Media LLC, a District of Columbia limited liability company, doing business as "Jarrod Bracey" ("we," "us," "our").
Because every product in the Store is a digital download — delivered instantly to you after purchase — our refund policy is intentionally tight. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase. By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, EXCEPT IN THE THREE SPECIFIC SITUATIONS DESCRIBED BELOW.
1. THE 48-HOUR REFUND WINDOW
Within 48 hours of your purchase (measured from the time of the order confirmation email), you may request a refund if — and only if — one of the following three conditions is met:
(a) DELIVERY FAILURE. The digital file failed to deliver to you, or the file you received is corrupted or unreadable, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
(b) DUPLICATE CHARGE. You were charged more than once for the same product in error.
(c) WRONG PRODUCT PURCHASED, FILE NOT DOWNLOADED. You purchased the wrong product (for example, the wrong version or a product you already own) AND you have not yet downloaded the file.
If your situation falls within one of the three conditions above and you contact us within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
2. ALL OTHER SITUATIONS — ALL SALES FINAL
Outside of the three specific situations above, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for:
• Changing your mind after purchase
• Believing the product was not what you expected, after downloading it
• Not having time to use the product
• Believing the product did not produce the business or financial results you were hoping for (see Section 5)
• Compatibility issues with software we do not officially support (see Section 4)
• Requests submitted more than 48 hours after the time of purchase
• Products purchased during promotional, beta, or discounted pricing periods
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund under Section 1, please email [jarroda@jaytheomedia.com] within 48 hours of your purchase. Include:
• Your full name and the email address used for the purchase
• Your Shopify order number
• Which of the three conditions in Section 1 applies to your request
• A brief description of the issue, including any screenshots if relevant (for example, an error message during download)
We will respond within two (2) business days. We may ask follow-up questions to verify your refund eligibility before issuing the refund.
4. SUPPORT SCOPE — WHAT OUR SUPPORT COVERS
Our customer support team helps with the following:
• Download or delivery issues
• Duplicate or incorrect charges
• File compatibility questions for officially supported software
Our customer support team does NOT cover:
• Tutorials, training, or general consulting on how to use the product
• Custom configuration, customization, or modification of the product for your specific business
• Compatibility with unofficial software versions, modified spreadsheets, or third-party tools we do not endorse
• Advisory or strategic guidance on your business outcomes from using the product

5. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS | INFORMATIONAL USE ONLY
Our digital products — including the Channel Profit Reality Check Pro Kit and any related calculators, guides, frameworks, and templates — are sold for informational and educational purposes only. They are designed to support your decision-making as a commercial operator. They are NOT financial advice, accounting advice, tax advice, legal advice, or investment advice, and they do not replace consultation with a qualified professional.
We make no warranty, guarantee, or representation that using our products will produce any specific business, financial, revenue, margin, profit, or commercial result. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your execution, market conditions, and the accuracy of the data you enter.
Dissatisfaction with the business outcomes you achieve using our products is not grounds for a refund.
6. YOUR CHARGEBACK AND CARDHOLDER DISPUTE RIGHTS
This Refund Policy does not override or limit any rights you may have to dispute a charge with your credit card issuer, debit card issuer, or payment processor. Those are statutory rights granted to you by your bank and applicable law, and they exist independently of our policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, we ask that you contact us first — but you retain the right to pursue a chargeback through your issuer.
That said, we ask in good faith that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. In our experience, the vast majority of issues can be resolved more quickly through direct communication than through a formal dispute process.
7. NO RESALE, NO REDISTRIBUTION
All digital products are licensed for the personal or internal business use of the original purchaser only. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, posting, or making the product available to any other party is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of your purchase license. Refunds are not available for products that have been redistributed, regardless of when the request is made.
8. PROMOTIONAL, BETA, AND DISCOUNTED PURCHASES
Products purchased at promotional pricing, during a beta launch, with a discount code, or as part of a bundle are subject to the same refund policy above, with one additional condition: refunds for these purchases will reflect the actual amount paid, not the standard list price.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date above. Changes apply only to purchases made after the update; purchases you have already made are governed by the version of the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
