Digital Product License

This license governs all digital products purchased from jarrodbracey.com and shop.jarrodbracey.com ("Products"). By purchasing, downloading, or using a Product, you agree to these terms.

1. License Grant

Jarrod Bracey Consulting ("we") grants you ("you," the original purchaser) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Product for your own personal or single-business use.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

Use the Product for your own business, even if that business has multiple employees.
Edit, customize, or adapt the Product for your own business use.
Reference or screenshot the Product publicly (LinkedIn, blog posts, podcasts) with attribution to Jarrod Bracey Consulting.
Continue using the Product for the lifetime of your business.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the Product, in whole or in part.
Use the Product as a template to sell a near-identical product of your own.
Use the Product in client work as a consultant, agency, or freelancer, unless you have purchased a Team or Agency license (see §5).
Use the Product or any of its content to train an AI model.
Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution from any Product file.

4. Intellectual Property

All Products, including spreadsheets, templates, written content, and design, remain the intellectual property of Jarrod Bracey Consulting. The license grants usage rights, not ownership.

5. Team and Agency Licenses

Teams of 5+ users, and any consultant, agency, or freelancer using the Product inside client engagements, must purchase a Team License. Contact jarrod@jaytheomedia.com for pricing.

6. Updates

Major version updates of a Product are provided free to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the Product. Minor updates (typo fixes, formula patches) are rolled into the original download.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this license if you violate §3. Termination requires you to delete all copies of the Product. Paid purchase price is not refunded upon termination for violation.

8. Liability

Products are provided "as is." Nothing in a Product constitutes legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Decisions made using a Product are the responsibility of the purchaser.

9. Governing Law

This license is governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States. Any dispute is resolved in the courts of the District of Columbia.
